The Master Plan

The world will be convinced that life is everlasting.

We must accumulate more possessions than we can afford.

Adorn the latest fashion that others export to our shores.

And those who sell us remedies created the inflicting cause.

Everyone is a number, consumers with hollow bellies.

A statistic in the making. A sucker for the taking.

A mind in tune with Hollywood but ignorant of its surroundings.

Education will not be enough, it’s fame that keeps resounding.

God is lost behind receipts and science nurses many.

Fatty food is Oh so cheap.

With minimum wage our future is bleak.

A few men think but many speak, the problems are remaining.

A deadly cocktail for the mind the media has us hypnotized.

Useless things fill up our thoughts.

Fornication, money, sports. Distract us and divide us up.

When we don’t talk we have no trust.

Materialistic selfish ponce,

who clings to earth is what they want.

A reckless spendthrift prejudice curse,

Who’d steal from his own mother’s purse.

Enslave the globe to serve the rich.

Between the lines of the marketing pitch.

Many wars to kill the stubborn,

those who oppose their evil drumming.

Destroy the family unit at home.

Forced segregation upon the whole globe.

The banks put us in cages they rightfully own.

Our whole lives paying mortgage loans.

Now they start to help us think,

make our decisions so we can win

a spot in their production line

a harsh tomorrow we’ll see in time.

Strangers in the night

The howling winds that mumble words

And winter nights so cold it burns

Enduring for intriguing turns

I walk with courage that I’ve learnt

I travel light to meet the one

Who harbors death beneath the sun

My anger’s catching, though I run

Retracting from a violent gun

I flee from that which holds me back

My inhibitions made the track

Now is the time I must react

Before the earth below me cracks

I halted when my courage came

Compelled by my internal flame

I realized that I knew his name

And now I’d have to end this game

A confrontation through the night

Colossal beings and planets fight

I shed the darkness with my light

At every turn I matched his might

No victory but peace for now

Exhausted his feet pound the ground

Now this evil has been bound

And trust in self-control was found

Why choose to get married?

Why do it?

There are many reasons why people decide to get married but a real marriage should be made from love and understanding. No two people should jump into marriage without mutual agreements on what they expect from each other and what they hope to achieve.

It is impossible to learn why marriage is important from the media and today’s world in general because there has been a system put in place to purposely defame and nullify marriage. Marriage must be experienced in order for it to be properly understood.

Marriage is a new beginning.

Marriage is the opening of a new life for two people. This life will include both happiness and sadness but it is in the actual work needed to contain a happy marriage that both people will find fulfillment.

By the time the question of marriage comes into your life you should be at a mature enough level to want to keep challenging yourself. You should be wise enough to know that your happiness depends on how highly you regard yourself and what better way to test your greatness than with marriage.

You should get married so that you can erase the need for a partner and focus on the many more options that life has to offer you. How much time do men and women spend trying to impress or lure the opposite sex? A life free of this will give you many more hours in your day to build yourself up into the best person you can be.

Maturity, wisdom, self-control and patience all of these things are waiting for you in a marriage, you just need the ambition to be that person you know you can be.

Marriage requires you seek new priorities

I was discussing with my wife when she thinks a boy becomes a man, she and I both agreed that a boy becomes a man when he takes on the responsibility of caring for his wife and when he protects and provides for his children.

Some men may act tough and assume they have their freedom because they don’t work or care for their families, they may think that trying is not required from them. You men are not men at all you are still boys, if you were real men you could handle a wife, children and work and earn the respect from your family.

It is in a man’s true nature to want to take on the world and conquer and experience all that he can, stop glamorizing sex it is just a physical act we use to procreate, strive for more.

So marriage and starting a family to me is the most challenging thing in this world and I’m up for any challenge because I am a real man.

So if you men want to prove to: yourself, your family, the world and God that you have real power then get married.

Meditative Tasting

So I have shown how to use Meditation to;

  1. Calm your self
  2. Slow your breathing
  3. Focus on the spiritual
  4. Release the bad energy and fill yourself with good energy
  5. Invent a world on peace

But how about attacking the physical sensors. The mind is a powerful thing and you can use it convince your body it is sick or healthy.

Meditation and Taste

You can also deceive your mind into sensing taste. Self-control is about total control of your sensors so if you are up for the challenge try this out.

The Meditation

Prepare yourself for meditation as I went through in my previous post, low noise, comfortable position, deep slow breaths , release the bad energy and fill yourself with the good, be at a happy state of mind.

Psychology of taste

Taste is about smell and texture so when meditating  imagine yourself holding a lemon in your hand.

1. roll it around in your fingers feeling the bumps and hardness of it’s skin.

2. bring it towards your nose and smell the scent of lemon.

3. bring it back out and roll it in your fingers one more time.

4. Finally take a slow bite of that lemon and you will taste the sourness on your tongue.

How did you go?

Depending on how slow and focused you were you should have tasted that lemon.

Give me some feedback and tell me how you went.

Next post I will show you how far physical senses can go whilst meditating.
