Me and exercise never really got along because I get bored very easily and tend to quit.
What is the best time of day to exercise?
We are all busy and it seems very hard to find time to exercise;
But if I can find the time whilst working night shift and having 3 children under 6 years of age run-a-muck then anyone can.
The best time to exercise is always in the morning, or whenever you have just woken up.
The idea is to have a drink of water, possible a piece of fruit or something very small, wait 10 to 15 minutes then exercise.
My Morning Exercise
I arrive home from work at 5am so I sleep until 7am then try not to wake the kids up.
I grab a bottle of water and have a lemon tea.
Running on the spot
then 8am comes and it’s time to get the kids ready for school.
I need to do more
It may not seem like a lot but I definitely push myself and feel better for it every day.
I’m not in a position to do more right now, but I’m doing what I can so I feel good about it.
In the future I may have time to get to the gym and when the weather picks up I’ll go running.
I think that the most important thing is to do something.
