Deep breathing

As anger builds maintain your breath

Deep and long, slow and strong

Push out the evil until it’s gone

 

When health is low lift up your head

close your eyes and breathe instead

suck in your gut, push out your chest

 

When sadness strikes become the wise

lift your arms up to the sky

inhale til you can’t no more

then exhale slow to cure it all
